I’ve always loved being active—from school sports to my first 5k Race for Life at 16. I actually hated long-distance running at first, but after a lot of training it became addictive—not for the miles themselves, but for the buzz I felt afterwards. That’s what really sparked my passion for fitness.
My career began in photography production, but after having my own babies I felt the pull to change direction. Fitness had been such an important part of my recovery and mental well-being in motherhood, and I wanted to share that with others.
Now, as a qualified fitness instructor, I’m passionate about helping mums feel stronger, more confident, and supported—both physically and mentally—through safe, postnatal-friendly exercise.
