Don’t worry! The classes are very relaxed; everyone is in it together! If you need to stop to feed/ change/ comfort baby – that’s absolutely fine. You can jump back in when you’re both ready. Where possible – I will be on hand to offer any cuddles if needed (that goes for you or baby!).
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Supportive bra and supportive trainers.
As soon as your doctor or midwife has signed you off, usually around 6-8 weeks for vaginal births or 8-10 weeks for C-section births, and you feel ready – you’re welcome to join.
I offer low intensity exercises with options for progressions for every exercise so you can choose the workout that suits you.
We’ll have a different format each week to keep it interesting, some classes will be choreographed exercise to music, some will interval style training. Both formats are safe for postnatal.
