From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a friendly, supportive space. Mats, foam tiles, and play areas are provided for little ones, with plenty of time for feeds, cuddles, and nappy changes throughout class.
Suitable for all fitness levels — from newly postpartum mums focusing on recovery and core strength, to those wanting a fun, energising workout — each session includes posture and core connection work, a warm-up, and a feel-good workout with options for beginners through to advanced.
Mondays focus on full-body fitness with either music-led “Move to the Beat” or interval training, Thursdays offer gentler core-restoring sessions, and Fridays combine total-body movement with core recovery. We finish every class with baby-friendly cool-down stretches.
Individual classes are £8.50.
Block bookings are discounted to £7.75 per class. Add a 'Class Pass' to your basket, then select your dates. The dates don't have to be consecutive.
Friday classes are subsidised by Wallingford Family Centre to £6 a class. Block bookings can still be made but a class pass isn't required - simply add all your dates to your basket and checkout in one transaction.
