From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a friendly, supportive space. Mats are provided, along with foam tiles for little ones (bring a blanket to make them cosy), and there are play areas for babies and toddlers too.
All classes are suitable for every level – from newly postpartum mums focusing on healing, posture, and pelvic floor strength, to those looking for a fun, challenging workout to boost energy and fitness. Each session begins with a posture check and core connection before moving into a warm-up, stretches, and a feel-good workout.
We mix it up weekly with either “Move to the Beat” – a music-led follow-along – or interval training for an energising push. Every class offers options for beginners through to advanced, with your baby welcome to join in as much or as little as you’d like. There’s always time for cuddles, feeds, and nappy changes, and we finish with a baby-friendly cool down track and relaxing stretches for you.
Individual classes are £8.50.
Block bookings are discounted to £7.75 per class. Add a 'Class Pass' to your basket, then select your dates. The dates don't have to be consecutive.
Friday classes are subsidised by Wallingford Family Centre to £6 a class. Block bookings can still be made but a class pass isn't required - simply add all your dates to your basket and checkout in one transaction.
